Our mission
Small retailers and service businesses compete with big chains on razor-thin margins. Loyalty should not require a dedicated IT team. LoyaLoop's mission is to give independent stores the same caliber of repeat-visit tools larger brands use—presented in a way that fits how real counters, tablets, and staff actually work.
How we operate
- Per-store pricing, not per device. We want owners to add customer screens, cashier tablets, or dual-mode devices without a penalty for growing touchpoints.
- Clear setup paths. Whether you bring your own tablets or use a LoyaLoop-provided kit, we focus on getting you configured and trained—not stuck in a long integration project.
- Respect for customer trust. Stores are responsible for their customers' data and marketing consent; we build the product so owners can run programs responsibly (for example, SMS only where customers have opted in).
- Human support. When something breaks at the register, you need a path to a real person. We describe support channels in the product and on our support chat when it is available.
What you see today
Parts of this site run as an interactive demo with sample stores and customers. It is designed so you can click through the owner dashboard, cashier flow, and customer tablet without creating a live account. When you move to production, the same surfaces connect to your real stores, staff, and subscribers—with billing, authentication, and data handling described in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
